Each of our four self-service guest rooms is designed with your comfort in mind. One room offers handicap accessibility. Our three RV hookup sites have access to full amenities.

 

PRICING:

Guest Rooms:

$135.00 per night - plus applicable taxes (2 guests)
~ $20 extra per person over 2 guests

RV sites:

$60 per night

For private events we offer special pricing ~ call for more info

  • RV sites have 30 and 50 amp hookups, water, and sewer

  • One room offers handicap accessibility

Smoking is allowed in courtyard but guests will be Liable for $150 cleaning fee for smoke odors in guest rooms

    We can pick you up on the Natchez Trace at mile marker 230

  • Grocery Service
    For added charge we can offer grocery service to have kitchen and bar stocked upon arrival

RESERVATION POLICIES:

CANCELLATION:

Cancellations 24 hours in advance and subject to $50 cancellation fee.
Balance due prior to check in.
Reservations guaranteed with major credit card.

CHECK IN / OUT:

Check in 2pm
Check out 11am

Check in procedures:

  • Upon payment you will be given gate codes and room codes

  • To unlock rooms enter 4 digit code and press the check button

  • To lock press the check button

Check out procedures:

  • Place all dirty linens (sheets and towels) in shower

  • Lock door

Pet Deposit / Policy

Pets up to 50 pounds are permitted for an additional one-time clean-up fee of $35 per pet, per room. An additional damage deposit of $50 - per pet - per room - is also required. This damage deposit will be refunded pursuant inspection.

Pets must be on leashes at all times. NO PETS may be chained/tied anywhere on the property. Limit 2 pets per room.

For larger groups and special events that book the entire facility we have a LIABILITY form to fill out. If you wish, you may download ahead of time, print and sign our WAIVER AND RELEASE OF LIABILITY form. Bring form with you when you arrive. Download here.
